Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Smugglers Underwear are happy for you to return any unworn underwear (boxers, briefs or trunks) within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange Smugglers Underwear for a different size, or for a refund if you no longer want them!
Returning your item and sending them back to HMAS Smugglers (our head office) is easy and begins with a quick email to us. Below details how to return your underwear and please read the Pirates Code (T&C's) below for the more finer points!
Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your underwear: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, your details, items to be returned and the reason for the return on your email.
We will detail the return address and instructions to you on how you return the item with the sender paying for return shipping costs.
The item will need to be returned in re-saleable condition. You will be charged a fee if your returned items do not come back in re-saleable condition.
You will need to send the items back within 7 days of receiving return instructions from us. You will need to email us the tracking information once you have returned the items.
Returned items will be reviewed and inspected before a refund, credit or replacement is approved.
A refund or credit of the purchase price (minus any shipping costs, charges or fees) will be given using the same method the original order was paid for.

Incorrect Items, Damaged in Transit, or Faulty Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item then we are happy to replace them for you at no cost to yourself. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your original details and the product issue. We will provide you with return information for the product and send you a replacement as soon as the original is received.
If the item falls withing this category you need to contact us within 5 days of receiving and inspecting the product. We can’t extend this to products that have been misused or used contrary to our Care Guide.
The Pirates Code (T&C's)
Re-saleable condition means:
- AS NEW: unused, not worn or damaged, and packaged “as new”.
- COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING: complete and undamaged original packaging.
- PROTECTIVE PACKAGING: just pop it into a padded envelope, satchel or similar, like the one you received it in.
We may charge you a small fee of $10/£5 if the item requires re-packaging due to the packaging being damaged. We will let you know if this is the case and then deduct this fee from your refund.
The item(s) remain your property until the point that they are returned to us and we have accepted the return under this policy. Please pack items securely with tracking and insurance being recommended to make sure they get back to HMAS Smugglers in one piece. We can’t take responsibility for any returning items being lost or damaged in transit.
If the item cannot be returned to a saleable condition for any reason, we may have to reject the return and disapprove any refund. We will work with you to arrange return shipment of the item back to you in this case, as the item still remains your property.
Delivery costs include the actual shipping costs paid by you in the original order, and/or the costs we paid to get the item(s) back to HMAS Smugglers for the return.
